The $35 fee is ALL THE SCHOOL HAS TO PAY. With this budget, the Scott Davis Ministries, Inc. will pay all travel, hotel, meals, and honorarium expenses to the speakers, musicians, tech personnel, etc.
Upon receipt of total registration fees, each school will receive a confirmation packet with individual wrist "bands" for all attendees. Each attendee must have this bracelet for entrance into the conference; there will be no exceptions. If a student or teacher loses his or her band, there will be a $50 charge to replace it. |

 What Does It Cost?
The total cost is $35 per student and teacher. A deposit of $15 per student and teacher is required upon registration. This deposit is non-refundable. The balance of $20 per student and teacher is due in full one month prior to the conference date. This eliminates the need for on site registration.
The cost for this major two-day event is extremely reasonable. Consider all that your students, faculty, and staff will receive during these two days, as well as the high cost of many other conferences. We think you will find it well worth the $35 fee. Most students spend well over that amount for a night out at the movies, a new pair of shoes, or the latest trendy article of clothing.
We believe this to be an investment in the life of each student and teacher. We are talking about a LIFE-CHANGING, possibly ETERNITY-CHANGING, EVENT!

Budgeting for the Conference
|
Most schools budget for this conference by including the registration fee into their yearly tuition or student activity fees. We have found this the best way to pay for the conference and this eliminates having to ask parents for additional monies after the school year starts. This also makes it the easiest way to bring your entire middle and/or high school students, faculty, and staff to the conference.
